Project of the Family Center in Lokbatan settlement, Baku city, Garadag district, was prepared based on the project task of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The area of the project area is 1.40 ha. The total area of all buildings and facilities is 5000.00 m2.

The construction complex consists of the following buildings.

• family center buildings
• sports complex for physical health,
• emergency and temporary accommodation building
• roads and drainage systems
• boiler room and control release point
• reservoirs
• transformer building
